| Casting We organize and conduct castings to meet your specifications be it in Digital, Video or Polaroid format. We also do real people casting and will gladly establish contact with celebrities on your behalf. Our close relationship with model agencies and talent representatives has proved invaluable in the negotiation of rates and availability. Locations We undertake location research according to your requirements and will suggest additional locations that we have discovered throughout the globe. Our substantial library of location files offers a wide rangeof original and unusual places. Wherever the production may be, we will pull street permits that may be necessary, and we’ll gladly negotiate and book locations. We also offer certificates of insurance for those sites as required by law. Budget Management & Estimates We will gladly bid on any job our clients are bidding for, and we make sure the estimate is understandable and detailed and covers all areas. We carefully monitor the costs so that they don’t exceed the budget. Crew We will select the right people to meet our clients requirements and we’ll negotiate and book people for all positions: hair and make-up, artists, stylist for props and wardrobe, photo assistants, model makers, electricians, grips, drivers, pressers, baby wranglers, animal wranglers, car preps and extras Rental Studios We offer our own daylight studio with uninterrupted southern exposure, wrapped by a 70ft. terrace overlooking downtown New York City. Alternatively we will find specific studios, should ours not meet your requirements. CATERING We will make arrangements for catering to satisfy all tastes; whether on site, studio or any other place you may need them. In addition we can organize craft services on shoot day. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS We produce shoots throughout the world and we will take our clients wherever the pictures need to be taken. Photo Group has extensive travel experience and is a company accustomed to meeting the highest levels of efficiency and expertise. We will make hotel arrangements and organize suitable transportation: location vans, rental cars, limousines and panel or cube trucks for crew and equipment. We will meet incoming crews and safely take them to the final destination. We also provide full customs and carnet handling facilities and we will gladly procure visas and necessary papers for all foreign travel. EQUIPMENT AND PROPS We can rent on your behalf any special equipment from cameras and lenses, specialized lighting, grip, wardrobe racks, cellular and walkies. We will make sure that everything is stored safely before, during and After the shoot. We take pride in interpreting the brief accurately and have access to an extensive source of props, We will also undertake Storage and insurance of same. DIGITAL We can supply complete digital services: tech, computers, printers, monitors and additional hard drives. We also can offer full post digital work including digital retouching, storage and pre press.
